When I think of Alaska, I picture a vast, icy landscape with polar bears, seals, and black bears roaming around freely. Turns out, I'm partially right with that least according to this video.

While much of Alaska is snow-covered and desolate, there are pretty populous parts of the state. Take Anchorage. The largest city in the state is home to more than 300,000 people, but that doesn't stop the streets from getting some unexpected furry visitors.

This is what you probably imagine when it comes to police chases...

But only in Alaska would this be their kind of high-speed chase.

I love how they just followed him around.

I wonder if they were taking bets on where he'd go next -- Walmart, the grocery store, maybe a Starbucks?

Thankfully, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game was able to peacefully get the bear back into the wild. Until next time, big guy. Meet up at the McDonald's?
